What is a browser?

Watching this short video in which average people answer questions like, "What is a browser?" and "What's the difference between a browser and a search engine?"

There's nothing condescending about the video. Instead, it seems like a needed reminder, to people in the technology industry, that what matters to most people about technology is how it helps them, not how it works.
