Evolutionary biologists now believe that developments in the human brain followed developments in the jaw. As pre humans developed new abilities and changed settings the brain reworked itself to fulfill the new possibilities. I saw a similar shift when I worked at an ISP on their first broadband offers. New possibilities led to new behaviors which led to knew opportunities.
