The reason I stpepod after 2 days was because of the research I did. Interestingly enough since doing that I have had a few really nice weight loss days so it's all good! I have mostly all that stuff you have mentioned (but very little/no oils, salts, etc) so it's all good. I agree with experience though for sure. Appreciate your support!
