In this episode, Israel Gat illuminates the ways in which Agile adoption depends on organizational and cultural factors. We also muse about Helmut von Moltke, 19th century military Agilist. (Go look it up!)
Plus, a brief review of an even briefer document about innovation in “knowledge-creating” companies, and a heads-up about some upcoming survey research about product requirements and Agile adoption. Copyright (c) 2009 Tom Grant
Not sure process and irneovemmpt are the right things for inside the loops. They feel like they should be activity type statements perhaps Develop Product and Develop Potential. The things at the end of the loops are outcome things Product Increment and Capability Improvement. The inputs should be Vision and Team/People.Love the simplicity of this.

Well put Vijay. We do tend to get carried away by our' pasison for the product that the customer is often marginalized or worse still, ignored.Need to check on Analog and antilogs' from the book, but what we need is an Antidote.Sadly, there is no one-size-fits-all cure.
